By providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all families, we are building partnerships to allow each child to reach their full potential in their learning environment. We believe that the families are the main teachers in a child's life and encourage input and collaboration to enhance the relationships for the child's future. We will communicate in a respective and inclusive manner, where all families are entitled to participate in our service.

Here at Treasure Island, we offer an open-door policy, where we encourage respectful input and communication to continue to create a supportive environment, also allowing the children to contribute to our everyday activities. Regular communication shows a united partnership with families, sharing many aspects of the children's day and learning journey.

We will continue to build strong and supportive connections with every child. demonstrating the children's sense of belonging and showing our respect for their individuality and growth. We believe in providing an educational learning environment, where the children can develop and nurture a love of learning, pursuing these life lessons throughout their future.

Our Educators are an important part of our service. We engage in and provide ongoing learning for all educators to continue to offer a high-quality care environment. maintaining their uniqueness and individuality that they bring to our service. Our Educators are committed to providing a high-quality learning environment that enhances all aspects of our day.

Education

We use and follow the approved learning framework to guide the children's learning and development. Creating the learning cycle, we continue to plan, action, and reflect, as we believe the children learn best through a play-based environment, where they lead and scaffold the learning, creating trusting relationships and autonomy over their education.

Community

At Treasure Island, we believe in creating an environment that encompasses our local community to build a sense of belonging and support for all families and children. We will build connections through our involvement in the community as we engage in excursions/incursions.
